Shipping/Fulfillment & Returns 

United States
For catalog purchases: Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to process and ship. 

Prints and original artworks from the catalog are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, as soon as your items are received by the postal service. 
For size and other information about the artwork you are purchasing, please read the product description and the policies in their entirety. 

Please note any print larger than 8.5x11in may take an additional 5-7 business days to process and ship. 

For subscription purchases: Sign up on/before the 20th of each month to start receiving your CHOMP CLUB mail the next month. Sign up on/after the 21st of each month to start receiving your CHOMP CLUB mail the month following next. Please allow the last week of each month to process orders, and the first week of each month to ship orders. You will receive your monthly CHOMP CLUB mail during or shortly after the first week of each month. You will not receive tracking information for CHOMP CLUB mail.
Subscription purchases are mailed with first-class postage. 
Shipping is free for CHOMP CLUB products when you are a member. 

International

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, as soon as your items are received by the postal service. Multiple Items Ordered
Fulfillment is dependent on order size. Some artwork may arrive in another/separate packaging, if necessary to fulfill order. (For example, you may order a number of prints that exceeds the standard package size for shipping a print(s), so your order of multiple prints may be separated into another package and sent in multiple shipments). If you have received a part of your order, you will receive the rest of it shortly after. All orders that process completely are shipped completely. Please contact CHOMPMARKS if you think you are missing part of your order. 

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND CHOMPMARKS DOES NOT OFFER ANY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEES. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. CHOMPMARKS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE/POSTAL SERVICES.
We do not take returns on any art
We are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced or in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not responsible and cannot be held accountable for the events that take place after. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, as soon as your items are received by the postal service. No refunds will be issued for a missing/lost/in-transit package. Please contact USPS to initiate a missing mail search request.
